Coach House

The 30' lounge has a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, feature slate fireplace and sofa-bed to sleep 2 adults were guests' to have visitors stay overnight.

There is a fully fitted pine kitchen and a dining room seating 4 adults. Two occassional chairs are available for guests' visitors.

The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower room.

There is a twin bedded room and a second shower room.

To the front is a block paved sun trap courtyard with brick barbecue and patio furniture.

The Coach House is equipped with;

· T.V. DVD player and video player/recorder

· stereo/radio

· full cooking facilities, including a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, tableware, cutlery and fridge/freezer.

Cot, a high-chair and play pen are available free of charge when booked in advance, but please bring your own baby/infants bedding and bed linen.

All our prices are inclusive of heating, hot water (and plenty of it!), electricity, bedding, freshly laundered bed linen and tea towels.

Personal bath and hand towels are available for hire upon request at a rate of £2.50per person per visit/week.

For guests' who wish to stay a fortnight, freshly laundered and ironed bed linen is provided 7 days after arrival as are clean hand and bath towels.

There is a secure cycle store and a heated & ventilated drying room for outdoor outerwear and footwear both free of charge. In addition there is a token operated laundry facility on site, if required.

Parking is ample and private within our 7-acre grounds.
