TERMS AND CONDITIONS THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY
Bayview is available from 1600hrs on the Saturday start date of your holiday and must be vacated by 1000hrs on your final day.
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your holiday date. You are then responsible for the balance of the rental, which is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A £50 returnable deposit for good housekeeping is required at this time also. .
If bookings are made less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival, then full payment will be required.
Once your deposit has been received, I will confirm your reservation.
If you have arranged to bring your pet (Maximum of two) then please observe good housekeeping,
