The Sohet family have been producing grapes in the Montagne de Reims over 12 generations since 1659 and their own Premier Cru Champagne since 1923 on their 10 acre holding.

Only 35,000 bottles are produced each year for sale to privileged clients & it is not available in the shops.  

Composition : Champagne Brut is made from 25% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay grapes.

Characteristics : Best served between 8° et 10° C. Elegant mousse with tastes of brioche, hazelnut, butter evolving to tastes of honey & strawberry. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish or chicken.
