DESCRIPTION 

Lodge 11 is in the best location of all of the Lodges being at the top of the hill, commanding the best views and closest to the service road and the hotel. The Lounge and Master Bedroom with en-suite facilities, including a jacuzzi bath and large cubical shower, are on the first floor with access to a verandah commanding wonderful views of St Ives and across the bay to Hayle and the Godreavy Lighthouse.

Freeview 32"TV recently installed gives good reception to a wide range of programmes plus a video cassette recorder, a DVD player and hi-fi unit with CD & Cassette player complete the entertainment facilities. The in also a TV in one of the downstairs bedrooms and a CD/Radio in the Dining/Living area.

The Dining/Living Area with access to a wide verandah with alfresco dining area is situated on the ground floor with two en-suite twin bedrooms, one with a Sauna and one with Jacuzzi bath, leading from the main area. Two of the bathrooms have individual showers. The Kitchen is fully equipped with new freezer, fridge, cooker and dishwasher all recently renewed. 

The lodge has gas fired central heating and a new washer dryer in a separate boiler room off of the entrance lobby. A standard charge of £30 to cover the gas and electricity consumption is made at the end of the week when returning the key to reception.

 The lodge is made ready for occupation each Sunday with the beds made up with either sheets and blankets or duvets and all towels and bed linen are supplied so that the week is free of major laundry tasks.

WEEK 40 ONLY - from Sunday 6^th until Sunday 13^th October in 2013, is outside of the school holidays and far less crowded in St Ives, while still enjoying the warm and sunny autumnal weather associated with this part of the world.
