Terms & Conditions

• All weeks are from Saturday 4pm arrival  to Saturday 10am departure.
• For the comfort and safety of guests, a no-smoking policy operates within the cottages.
• Pets are not permitted in the cottages.
• A deposit of £100 (per week) is payable on booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Balance of rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• Prices are inclusive of electricity consumed. 
• If booking for 2 consecutive weeks then a 10% discount is offered.
