Location

Getting to Dornoch is relatively easy - Inverness is about 45 minutes away and has mainline rail, bus and airport links.

Regular air services from EasyJet, BA, KLM and others connect to London (Heathrow, Gatwick & Luton), Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Belfast with regular daily international services to Dublin and Amsterdam.

We are just one mile from Dornoch town centre on a flat road (an easy 20 minute walk).  The road runs parallel to the coast which can be clearly seen from the elevated position of Wester Whinhill. 

To the north of our house is direct access into Camore Woods (walks from 30 minutes to 2 hours). Across the road is the Lochans, where you can hire rods and fish for trout and practice your golf on the driving range or pitch and putt course.  There is also access to the excellent sandy beach from the Lochans.

The famous Royal Dornoch Golf Club is just a five minute drive away.
