All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....

Paddle Steaming in style

Two fabulous trips on the historic Paddle Steamer Waverley: an evening cruise from Kyle around Loch Kishorn in warm evening sun last night and a full day cruising the Sound of Raasay to Loch Torridon and Shieldaig today. Magical trips and lucky to catch her during her annual visit to the Inner Hebrides.
