We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) by the September due date, but unsurprisingly given the backlog it's not yet been issued. Shouldn't be a problem, all safety cheques and certificates duly in place: electrical, gas, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....
