All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....
Covid-19 restrictions

After a summer of beautiful weather and a steady trickle of visitors the island is sadly once again under tier restrictions. Guests are warned that all bookings are subject to Covid-19 restrictions operating in Scotland at the time of their visit, which can be viewed on the gov.scot website. We do not normally return booking deposits but in these unprecedented times should we be unable to host you because of those restrictions we will refund all payments made, including deposits.
