All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....

The Scottish Government have announced dates for the remainder of their Phase 2 stage of Covid-19 release measures, including that from 3 July self‑contained, self-catering accommodation in Scotland is allowed to open to guests and the travel distance limit will be relaxed.
Outdoor hospitality (subject to physical distancing rules and public health advice) will be allowed from 6 July.
Visitors to Scotland should note that there will be a requirement to wear face masks in shops, so are advised to come prepared.
