All set for 2024, Scottish Legislation duly complied with. We applied for our Short Term Lets Licence (STLL) in September, as required, but unsurprisingly given the vast backlog the Highland Council have not yet issued it. Shouldn't be a problem as all the safety checks and certificates are in place: gas, electric, fire and energy performance. Quite an ordeal ....

Holiday season in full swing

Covid is now officially a thing of the past - all restrictions lifted and businesses all back to normal. Hooray!
Skye has been enjoying some fabulous weather so the spring flowers are out, the ferry is operating and everything is in full swing.
