Terms and Conditions

1. To reserve an accommodation unit, a deposit is required as described below. Please make cheques payable to Glan-y-Bala Holidays. Deposit by Debit card or Credit card is also accepted, however, a 2% surcharge is made for each credit card payment.

For each 7-night booking:

PERIS apartment, £100;

Padarn apartment, £200;

Coach House cottage, £150.

For mid-week and weekend break:

Peris apartment, £75;

Padarn apartment £150;

Coach House cottage, £100. 

1. Please note Glan-y-Bala Holidays requires a £100 minimum cash deposit against accidental breakage/s and damage/s that is refundable if all is left as it was found. Outstanding Balance payment is due on day of arrival, please.

2. Please include your name, full home address with Post Code and telephone number with your deposit cheque. Please write the cheque guarantee card details on the reverse including date/s of issue and expiry.

3. Cancellation - There is no refund if cancelling a confirmed booking. In addition, the outstanding balance due for payment on arrival date will become due on the confirmed arrival date. A holiday insurance application is provided with booking confirmation and is recommended in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstance/s.

4. The playing of ball games on the tarmac parking area is not permitted in the interest of health and safety.

5. Glan-y-Bala Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss from or damage to guest or guest's visitor/s property or transport.

6. Whilst every care is taken to ensure visitor safety, Glan-y-Bala Holidays accepts no responsibility for injury to guest/s or guest/s visitor/s within its grounds as the property was a working quarry in the 17th, 18th, 19th to the mid 20th century.

7.Guests and guests visitor/s shall control their child/children and/or pet/s at all times.

8. There is a £30.00 charge for loss of each key set to each accommodation or amenity prior to departure.

9. Guests are required to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they were presented on arrival.

10. Guests are requested to vacate the accommodation by 1000 hours on departure day to allow for cleaning & preparation for the next visitors.
