Padarn Apartment

The first floor apartment is exceptionally spacious and sleeps 8 adults and 2 youngsters/teens (in a set of steel framed bunk beds).

There are four large bedrooms and each has its own wash basin; one with twin beds and a set of bunk beds (4 bedded room), two with a double bed each and the fourth containing two single beds. The dining room seats up to 10 persons and the kitchen has a table and four chairs. There is a hatch pass through between the dining room and kitchen. The apartment is very flexible and allows the accommodation to be set out for a smaller family/party were the other smaller units unavailable.

This apartment has a shower room with a W.C and a wash basin, as well as a bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, W.C and a wash basin. Both rooms have an exhaust fan connected to the overhead light to prevent moisture build-up when bathing/showering.

All the bedrooms and the living room benefit from beautiful views.

The Padarn apartment is fully equipped with;

· T.V. , DVD player and video player/recorder

· stereo/radio

· Full cooking facilities, including a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, tableware, cutlery, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

Cots, high-chairs and a play pen are available free of charge when booked in advance, but please bring your own baby/infants bedding and bed linen.

Personal bath and hand towels are available for hire upon request at a rate of £2.50per person per visit/week.

For guests' who wish to stay a fortnight, freshly laundered and ironed bed linen is provided 7 days after arrival as are clean hand and bath towels.

There is a secure cycle store and a heated & ventilated drying room for outdoor outerwear and footwear both free of charge. In addition there is a token operated laundry facility on site, if required.

Parking is ample and private within our 6.63-acre grounds.
