"A wonderful week despite the weather - saw lots of interesting bird life both on the lochan at the back of the house and in the local area. (46 species in total) One of the highlights was seeing baby geese (Grey Lags) Snipe and Redshank. Local walks good for families and throughly recommend Stac Pollaidh. I just wanted to say what a wonderful stay we had at your house in Reiff in August.  The house was much more spacious and comfortable than even your pictures made it appear, and the kitchen was fantastic.  We had a great week, and the weather was really good throughout. Thank you so much, it was really a memorable time, and we will definitely be planning to book the house again. It's hard to think of anything that could have made it better, because we just kept finding ourselves discussing how great it was! The books were wonderful, and we read a few. TV worked well,the kids (early 20s) loved the keyboard,  the grill pit in the garden worked well when we cooked some mackerel..and most amazingly, the beds and pillows were really comfortable.We all  loved the Guardian posters. It looked like you had put an enormous amount of work into the house and we all appreciated how well it worked.2012

 

I don’t think I can think of much to improve our visit, everything we needed was there and the kitchen was really well equipped.  Several of your books were read, and the chess was played lots.  The binoculars were greatly appreciated too as the view of the diving birds from your lounge window were quite spectacular. The postcards were handy too. We enjoyed the local knowledge top tips, like the little beach, and notes on the pubs and shops. We all want to come back, there is so much more tp explore even though we were busy every day, but also we would love a few more sunny and warm days on your beautiful beach. 2012
