1. BOOKING

Booking Terms are from Saturday to Saturday (unless short break booking). Bookings are from 4pm on day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 20% of the accommodation rental. The deposit is non-returnable in the event of later cancellation.

Only the number of people stated at time of booking may occupy the property.  No more than six persons may occupy St Fergus.

3. PAYMENT OF BALANCE

The payment of the balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday - full payment will be requested at time of booking.

 4. CANCELLATION

So long as written notice of cancellation is received no less than 6 weeks before commencement date
