Cottage Address: St Fergus, Acharacle, Argyll, PH36 4JU St Fergus is only a short stroll from local village of Acharacle, where you will find all essential amenites. These include; grocery shop, tearoom, fish and chip shop, bakery, post office, hotel, outdoor shop and garage. Travel Directions: From North: Travelling from Fort William on the A830 road to Mallaig, turn left at Lochailort and proceed on the A861 for approximately 18 miles to Acharacle. On entering Acharacle take 2nd right after crossing Shiel Bridge and then take 1st right down private lane and St Fergus is 1st on left. From South: On the A82 take the Corran Ferry (regular daily crossings) to Ardgour and then left along the A861 for approximately 28 miles passing through the village of Strontian and continuing to Acharacle. Drive through village and at fork junction continue straight ahead where you will see St Fergus house sign, and it is 1st on left.
