LOCAL ATTRACTIONSFeltwell is a rural village on the edge of the Fens and the Breckland area, ideally situated to explore Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
The cottage is within walking distance of all village amenities. There is a newsagents, post office, Spar grocery and butchery, Londis grocery and bakery, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, two pubs serving food, two hairdressers, beauty salon with coffee shop, two churches and a small museum.
Feltwell is within easy reach of local market towns Brandon, Thetford, Downham Market, Swaffham, Mildenhall, Ely and Newmarket. Kings Lynn and Bury St Edmunds are 24 miles away, Cambridge is 34 miles and Norwich 43 miles. The nearest coastal town is Hunstanton (38 miles), which has a lovely sandy beach, very suitable for children.
