Terms & Conditions1. A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
2. The final balance is payable one month prior to arrival.
3. Bookings made within one month of the start date must be paid for at the time of booking.
4. We regret that neither the deposit nor the final balance can be refunded to you once paid, unless the flat is re-let for the same period.
5. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
6. Pets are not permitted in the flat.
7. The price quoted includes heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
8. Food and other household consumables are not provided.
9. Maximum occupancy: two persons.
10. Check-in is 3.00 p.m. and check-out is 10.30 a.m.
11. The flat is carefully prepared for your arrival. Please ensure you leave it clean and tidy when you depart.
12. Any breakages/damage must be reported and paid for prior to departure.
13. Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
